POWER Words
Problem-solving is my jam. To my brain, everything in life is either a problem or a solution. Problem: cold. Solution; heat. Problem: need for information. Solution: education. Problem: boredom. Solution: entertainment. Basic, but you get the idea. So when I arrive at a solution I have some favorite descriptors. They add the exclamation point.
Refined: "improved or perfected by pruning or polishing"1 Refinement liberates. Plans and processes move freely and purposefully without the excess and burdens.
Inspired: "outstanding or brilliant in a way or to
a degree suggestive of divine inspiration"
"Divine
inspiration"? Opportunities with the sign-off of God? Yes, please. When
I'm inspired, I believe I have a responsibility to follow through with action.
Verified: "to establish the truth
accuracy or reality of"
As a techie geek type
of person, I embrace the verification process and have used it in every job I
have had. Testing, measuring, and proving, ensure best-practice results.
Empowering: “to give official authority or legal power
to”
Education is one of
those things that empowers, and one I hold dear. Of all the things that
empower, I think knowledge comes near the top of the list right along with
wisdom.
Redemptive: “of, relating to, or bringing
about redemption, (serving to offset or compensate for a defect)”
This is my favorite.
When there is a fail, this is the element that cancels it out or changes its
composition and brings forth something good..
I wish you well. Stay safe.
